homeowner's needs, wants, lifestyle, and budget and expectations. When a
prospect approaches us for the first time, We conduct a full fledged interview and
ask a lot of questions. Once we were thoroughly familiar with the prospect's
needs, We then, and only then, proceed to describe, explain, and demonstrate
our offerings including style, color, construction, pricepoint, etc. It sometimes
happens that we learn our offerings is not the best fit for a particular prospect's
needs. For instance, If someone is renovating apartments and need something at
the lowest price point available, or of someone wants a few vanity cabinets in
stock for a weekend project, We can not help these prospects. When this
happens, we kindly attempt to refer, or recommend another company or option
that will help them obtain their goals. We want to help every prospect find their
best suited product, at a pricepoint good for their needs, even if this means
